Professional position responsible for providing 2nd/3rd level support to all customers infrastructure and develop solutions to stabilize customer environment, for managing Windows and VMware environment and implementing projects for the upgrade or refreshing enterprise infrastructure, working around Incident/Problem/Change management processes.
- experience with VMware virtualization products in a large multi-customer environment
- familiarity with ESX, vSphere and vCenter
- Demonstrated Microsoft Windows Server (2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2) administration experience in a large multi-customer environment
- Experience in AD, Exchange 2010, Sharepoint Server 2007&2010
- ITIL knowledge
- PowerShell scripting
- Must have a proactive customer focused attitude to providing an IT service
