We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join Sopra Steria teams. Sopra Steria is one of the leading European tech companies, specializing in digital transformation and software development. In Poland, we’ve been operating for over 15 years, delivering nearshoring services to clients from the aviation, finance, and public sectors. Responsibilities:
- Manage IT projects in an Agile environment (primarily using SAFe methodology)
- Plan, monitor, and report on project progress and delivery
- Coordinate development teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee project scope, budget, and timeline
- Facilitate project meetings, retrospectives, and reviews
- Handle client escalations and proactively manage risks
- Work closely with a global client in the aviation sector
Must-have requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (especially SAFe)
- Proficiency in technologies and systems relevant to the IT software development industry
- Ability to delegate tasks, set priorities, and provide feedback to team members
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL
- Skilled in using service management tools and platforms to monitor and manage performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Expertise in handling client escalations and resolving issues efficiently
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and inform decisions
- Experience with project tracking tools and techniques
Nice to have requirements:
- Understanding of the aviation domain, including relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
