Activities:
- Level 2 support: including answering functional and technical queries
- Level 3 support: Issue escalation and follow up with Software Provider
- Support with information from the platform / tools, relationship with Level 1 support
- Participate in the tasks concerning evolution of existing platforms like migration, upgrade
- Participate in patch upgrade study and deployment
- Working on server space optimization and housekeeping by interacting with various projects, customer and Software Provider
- Participate to documentation maintenance on VSC f2f portal regarding tools wiki pages
- Attend V1 meetings
- Participate to communication and overview on the tools
- Support and expertise in RFPs, providing responses, case studies, tool pricings, tool analysis
- Providing inputs, feedback on current tool, footprint and vision to maximize the potential of existing tool
- Participate on study various testing tools available in market
- Knowledge of how works a ticketing system in a project development context (features, ticket workflows, SLA, …)
- Basic experience of data migration (challenges, risks, …)
Technical Knowledge:
Nice to have:
- Ability to read & understand some pieces of code
- JIRA knowledge / certification
