Linux DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Linux DevOps Engineer who has a lot of experience with Ansible, to perform a RHEL 8 to RHEL 9 Migration. You will work in an international team with various specialists who are all committed to managing the anti-money laundering monitoring software.

Mission/activities:

  • Manage, maintain and optimize Linux-based servers and systems.
  • A good sense of quality and detail. Be able to monitor the integrations of processes.
  • Support the development team in the integration and maintenance of Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot system problems and quickly resolve incidents.
  • Contribute to automation processes through scripts and tools such as Ansible, Python & Bash.
  • Monitoring system performance and recommending improvements.
  • Documenting configurations and creating technical manuals.

Must have requirements

  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible).
  • Extensive experience with various Linux distributions.
  • Mastery of version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring tools (Splunk).
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice 
  • EU citizenship
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have requirements:

  • Certifications such ass Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) of Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).
  • Experience with Airflow, Databricks and ADF.
  • Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle.
