Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Ensure smooth and accurate document flow
- Maintain effective communication between departments
- Maintain records and archiving systems, retrieve information as needed
- Report and oversee resolution of faults and technical issues
- Collaborate closely with internal support units
- Promote workplace safety by issuing, checking, and collecting ID badges
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Welcome and assist guests
- Coordinate with couriers and suppliers
- Manage conference room bookings
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Prepare reports and summaries in Excel based on provided data
- Coordinate health and safety documentation and training reminders
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Advanced Excel skills
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of personal culture
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of French
- Familiarity with CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
