We are looking for a Fullstack developer to join Sopra Steria Polska on one of our projects for clients from the Nordic sector. The project’s scope is development of two applications: one enables personnel in construction to report progress digitally, check sheets, statuses, and several other types of data input. The second enables operators to re-check and update scaffolding, rigg and preservation in real time in the field. App also allows foremen to create new tags in field. Gives an overview of expiring tags needing re-check or preservation.
Note that we can offer cooperation only to candidates located in Poland (preferably Silesia).
Responsibilities:
- Uplifting/porting two existing applications from native mobile applications built on Xamarin framework to Web applications based on Angular framework,
- re-use of the existing backend as much as is possible,
- update existing backend in some areas to improve performance and adjust to changes to the frontend functionality,
- team will be supported by business side PO/SME, a UI/UX developer and a junior developer,
- applications will be developed in parallel with the existing two applications in use across yards at Verdal, Stord and Egersund,
- improve the workflow for the end users,
- improve accessibility from other applications,
- improve accessibility for users (SSO,
- improve technical performance,
- update the framework to current technology.

Must-have requirements:
- Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
- Experience with ASP.NET Core for building web applications and APIs.
- Knowledge about JavaScript, HTML, CSS & Typescript
- Hands-on experience with Azure services like App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage etc.
- English B2/C1
- Preferable location: Silesia
Nice-to-have requirements:
- Experience with application porting from Xamarin to Angular.
