We’re looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join Sopra Steria Polska for a team that is working on internal applications and data-driven solutions. You’ll be helping streamline key business functions like finance, HR, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and propose tech-driven improvements
• Work on tools that directly support Finance, HR, and other internal departments
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Learn and grow under the guidance of a dedicated mentor – our CTO
• Get the chance to join international projects with major clients as you gain experience

   

  Tech stack on the project:

• PowerBI
• Power Automate
• Java or .Net
• SQL

Requirements:

• A status of a student or engineers’ degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#)
• English level: B2
• Understanding of software development basics, version control, and databases
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    Working hours: Business hours

    Work system: around 1 month from the office, then hybrid mode possible
