We are looking for a Senior C++ Developer with Qt to join Sopra Steria Apps Services team for a client in the aerospace sector.
The project’s scope is development and evolutions of an electronic flight bag application that support aviation employees in their daily work. It allows for flight planning, documentation management and communication with ground control. It also contains both navigation elements and weather data used by the pilots and other employees.
Mission/activities:
- Supporting Solution Architect
- Implementing solutions and delivering high quality software
- Proposing solutions
- Creating and testing software to enhance the solution and all related modules and services
- Shaping and applying our software standards of clean code and performance optimization techniques
- Code review
- Refactoring current code
- Bug fixing
Tech stack:
- C++ 17
- Qt 6
- QTest
- SQL
- GIT
- Jira, Confluence, Agility
Must have requirements:
- Good understanding of Qt
- Good understanding of QML
- Min. 4 years of experience with C++
- Basic GIT
- Good understanding of design patterns
- Experience in working in multinational and distributed environment
- Self-management
- English level B2/C1
- Being open to business trips and occasional visits in our office in Katowice or Gdańsk
Nice to have requirements:
- Qt certification
- Experience in navigation systems
