We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer proficient in .Net and Angular/React to join Sopra Steria Poland for projects for our clients in the security and defense sector. You will work in a stable environment in a multinational team.
Note that we can only offer cooperation to people who are located in Poland and have EU citizenship.
Mission/activities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of secure, scalable web applications.
- Integrating with client’s standards, real-time data services, and mission-critical systems.
Tech stack of the project:
- Backend: .NET or ASP.NET Core using the C# language
- Frontend: Angular/React, TypeScript
- Version control systems: GitHub, GitLab
- Other: Entity Framework,
- REST APIs,
- oAuth 2.0, oidc
- messaging systems i. ex. RabbitMQ
- Azure/AWS Cloud
- Methodology: AGILE, SCRUM
Must have requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with full stack software development, covering all phases of the software development lifecycle, and over 10 years of experience as a Software Developer.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a closely related engineering field
- EU/NATO SECRET security clearance (or willingness to be cleared)
- PSD1 Professional Scrum Developer certification (or willingness to pass it)
- Fluent English C1
- EU citizenship
- Experience in .NET and Angular/React
- Experience in Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g.: JIRA)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong “can-do” attitude Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits to our office in Katowice
Nice to have requirements:
- Experience of working on mission-critical systems.
- Experience of working in a distributed and international team
