We are looking for a Senior PL/SQL Developer to join Sopra Steria Apps Services on a project developed for one of the biggest flavors and fragrances manufacturer in the world. 

Note that we can only offer cooperation to people who are located in Poland and have EU citizenship.

Mission/activities:

• designing new functionalities
• taking part in designing database structures and development of PL/SQL code
• proposing and development of system automations
• analysis and providing solutions for identified defects
• migrating PL/SQL procedures to Java

Tech stack on the project:

• ORACLE PL/SQL 
• SQL
• Java 
• Angular 
• Spring Boot 
• Docker 
• microservices-based architecture

Must have requirements:

• 5 years of experience with databases
• 3 years of experience with PL/SQL
• Knowledge of Oracle Database Systems
• Good technical and functional knowledge
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in all stages of the product lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills
• university education (Bachelor, Engineer, or Master’s Degree)
• English B2/C1
• Preferably located in Silesia

Nice to have requirements:

• Knowledge of .Net and Java
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript (Angular, React)
• Experience in working with Kanban
• Experience in writing Unit Tests
• Knowledge of JIRA and/or HP ALM
