Main responsibilities:
- Providing 2nd line technical support for customer applications based on UNIX/LINUX
- Proactive monitoring, troubleshooting incidents and change management regarding the customer infrastructure
- Creation, update and maintenance operational documentation and procedures
Requirements:
- UNIX/Linux (basic knowledge)
- Good French
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in 24/7 work system
