Acquiring candidates
Organizing and conducting interviews with candidates
Creating feedback for management (candidate evaluation)
Building long-term relationships with candidates
Contact with internal clients
Participation in recruitment workshops
Participation in industry events
Requirements:
Good command of the English language (B2 / C1)
Willingness to develop in the field of IT recruitment
Good understanding of the recruitment process
Good work organization

Excellent communication skills

Must have requirements:
Minimum 1 year IT recruitment experience
Good knowledge of BI processes
Experience in working with project tech stock
Fluent English B2/C1
