Customer Service Consultant with German

Main Activities:

Providing IT-related service for foreign clients
Manage incoming requests according to the procedures
Escalating requests to the 2nd support line

Required skills:

  • Fluent in German and communicative in English
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Well-motivated team player with communication skills
  • Working according to the procedures
  • Technical support experience would be an advantage
  • Ability to work in 24/7 system
