Sopra Steria Apps Services is building distributed Agile teams in Katowice to deliver high-end, modern solutions and services.
Sopra Steria is delivering a modern core banking solution for its client. The product delivery model is based on an
iterative/Agile way. In that frame, Sopra Steria is in charge of transitioning the platform into run services.
The Service Manager will manage a team of devops engineer in charge of providing efficient problem-solving service as well as maintaining a Top-Class devops toolchain.
• Experience as Service Manager or Level 2 Team Lead
• Client focus, with a strong ability to build longlasting business relationship
• Leadership and process orientation
• Excellent ITIL knowledge
• Good IT technical background
• B2|C1 English

• German is a strong asset
