ServiceNow Developer

Location: Remote/Katowice

Working hours: Business hours

We are looking for ServiceNow Developers (senior, architect) that will join our international teams. The main responsibilities will be the software development and new developers will join one of our teams dedicated to the single client and be responsible for developing new features for the client. In general, we have more than 20 projects connected with various branches. 

We are a Golden Partner of ServiceNow.

Mission/activities:

  • Participation in implementation projects
  • Designing new solutions based on customer requirements
  • Providing comprehensive solutions during the implementation of ServiceNow products
  • Communication with external customers
  • Implementation of business-defined functions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Evolution of the platform and recommendations for improving the functionality of customer solutions
  • Verification of UpdateSets in terms of good practice and maintenance of solution quality

Requirements:

  • English – B2/C1
  • Previous experience in ServiceNow Development
  • Good knowledge of Javascript
  • Experience in the process of upgrading software (ServiceNow, SAP, Remedy, HPSM)
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow products such as ITSM, HR, CSM
  • Ability to go occasionally on business trips and to our office

Nice to have:

  • Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
  • Knowledge of ITIL / experience of working with ITIL processes
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • Experience of working in Agile teams and ServiceNow ATF
  • Knowledge of JSON

The recruitment process in our company consists of two stages:

  • a short phone call with a recruiter (30 min max)
  • one hour long interview on Teams (with both general and technical questions)
