Responsibilities:
Perform 2nd/3rd level of support to the customers Windows IT environment.
Daily duties will include working on reported incidents, keeping infrastructure systems up to date and participation in projects.
Required skills:
Microsoft Windows Server administratoion 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016: Roles, components, services
Microsoft Windows 10 administration
Active Directory: DNS, DHCP, FTP administration
VMware: vSphere, vCenter, ESXi
Citrix: XenApp, XenDesktop
VDI administration experience: Citix XenDesktop/VMware Horizion
Experience with HP server solutions
Powershell experience
Experience with monitoring solutions: SCOM, Centreon
Additional sklills which would be appreciated :
SCCM administration expieriece: OS deployment, software deployment, patch management
Basics of automation and scripting (Powershell, PowerCLI)
Basics of Microsoft Intune
Basics of Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud solutions
Experience in working with ITIL methodology
