Responsibilities:

  • PROVIDING IT-RELATED SERVICE FOR FOREIGN CLIENTS
  • MANAGE INCOMING REQUESTS ACCORDING TO THE PROCEDURES
  • ESCALATING REQUESTS TO THE 2ND SUPPORT LINE

Requirements:

  • FLUENT IN GERMAN AND COMMUNICATIVE IN ENGLISH
  • WILL TO DEVELOP IT COMPETENCIES
  • ABILITY TO LEARN QUICKLY
  • WELL -MOTIVATED TEAM PLAYER WITH COMMUNICATION SKILLS;
