Junior Service Support Agent with French 24/7

RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROVIDING I T -RELATED SERVICE FOR FOREIGN CLIENTS;
MANAGE INCOMING REQUESTS ACCORDING TO THE PROCEDURES;
ESCALATING REQUESTS TO THE 2ND SUPPORT LINE.


REQUIREMENTS:
FLUENT IN FRENCH AND COMMUNICATIVE IN ENGLISH;
WILL TO DEVELOP IT COMPETENCIES;
ABILITY TO LEARN QUICKLY;
WELL -MOTIVATED TEAM PLAYER WITH COMMUNICATION SKILLS;
WORKING ACCORDING TO THE PROCEDURES;
TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXPERIENCE WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE;
ABILITY TO WORK FOR NIGHT SHIFTS.
